Browsing CIT
CIT uses a first-party visitor identifier in browser storage to count visits and display traffic sources in a private admin dashboard. We record page, time, referrer, country and IP address. Search terms appear only when a referring site shares them. IP addresses are removed after 90 days and visit records after 180 days.
When configured, CIT uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions where a connection country is known and prior consent is not required. We do not load the Google tag for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or when location is unavailable. It also remains off if you previously declined analytics or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Where Google Analytics runs, Google may set cookies and process usage data. Google Analytics browser opt-out.
Enquiries
The enquiry form sends the details you review to the Club In enquiries team through FormSubmit. The form includes your name, email address and the plans you enter. Include only details needed to respond to your request.
Promoter posts
When you submit an event, the title, details, date and contact you provide are published on CIT. Use only contact details you are authorised to share. We retain basic submission information to prevent spam and support moderation.
External websites
Official venue, Google Maps, Instagram and source links take you to independent websites with their own privacy policies. Venue photographs are stored with this site; social feeds are not embedded.
